Well here we go into the 2006 Atlantic Tropical Hurricane Season and the NOAA has already forecasted six to nine very violent and powerful Hurricanes to make landfall in the United States. Unfortunate considering that we are still not over the 2005 Hurricane Damage and some are still rebuilding from the 2004 Season.
But if that were not enough we are now told by some Comet Watchers that the Schwassmann Wachmann Comet 73P is indeed breaking up and some of its fragments will be flying by Earth. Now do not worry as NASA says they are not close enough to hit us. Yet some conspiracy theorists, late night radio talk shows and psychics are saying not so fast.
One has even stated he believes that a large fragment will hit the Mid-Atlantic Ridge and cause a huge volcanic and seismic event and send a giant 600 foot Tsunami towards the Eastern Seaboard; help! Most of this notion is complete utter hokum says NASA and an attempt to sell books and create controversy. Yet now some other folks are dreaming of Comets hitting the Earth.
Now then as a follower of my own lucid dreams from time to time, I do recall a warning type dream about a flooded area, which I thought could have been Long Island. Although, that could be; if a future event at all, a probable Hurricane Scenario rather than a rare probability of a Fragment with perfect aim hitting in a specific area like that. Of course anything is possible, as we are all living proof, after all the chances of you being born in the first place are over a 100 Billion to one right? Well consider all this and believe what you will in 2006. |
